    Agreed.

His season on the show Justified was not a good showing from him, but hey, it was a paycheck nonetheless.

Josh Hartnett definitely comes to mind. He was young and starring in huge blockbusters in the early part of the 2000s. But he really flamed out early and probably very few people now would even remember his name if they saw him.

It was OK, Tom Hanks and Emma Watson showed up and did a nice Q&A after the screening.
It was more interesting rather than a really good movie.

I remember seeing him in an episode of The Big Bang Theory a year or two ago. He played a shady character selling Leonard and Sheldon some "hot" or black market lab equipment.

Remember Elisha Cuthbert in 2004's The Girl Next Door. I thought she was really good. But apparently, her career hasn't really panned out. That's not to say still appears on TV stuff, but her movie career didn't seem to go anywhere.

He'll be back. He starred in Netflix's "Penny Dreadful" and he was great in it. His acting has gotten better and he looks cooler now.

    Karnak "81, 82, 83, 84..."

I saw her around the same time in 'House Of Wax'-enjoyed it more than 'The Girl...' but yes, after that she seemed to disappear. (Actually, 'enjoyed'^ is not quite the word-that was one ol-fashioned creepy movie).

She's a good pick. Beautiful and decent enough screen presence, but never could break into movies. She was really good in an underappreciated show, Happy Endings.

As I recall, she had a strict code of not appearing nude which leads to career death, apparently.

Remember that strikingly beautiful brunette, Laura Harring, who starred opposite Naomi Watts, in Lynch's Mulholland Drive? I did check her wikipedia entry, and see that she has roles in both TV shows and movies, but I thought that she would have become a well-known star after this movie, and I don't recall that this superb movie was a significant career booster for her. (Of course, Naomi Watts went on to become a superstar, but seems to have really slowed down. But this post is about Laura). She is a photogenic woman.

He was very good in the recently ended Showtime series Penny Dreadful. He's also in the recent movie The Ottoman Lieutenant, though that didn't seem to get a very wide release. I want to see it, but it was never shown here.

She appeared in mostly a string of bombs after Mulholland Drive - John Q, Willard, The Punisher, some Van Damme movie I've never heard of.

I've only seen about 8 of her films, but it's always a treat when she's on screen.... easily one of the most stunningly beautiful women I've ever seen.

Aside from Mulholland Drive, she was also in Lynch's Inland Empire... but aside from those, and her appearances in The Punisher and Love in the Time of Cholera, the rest of the films I've seen her in were mostly obscure horror flicks (eg. All Souls Day, Ghost Son, Silent Night Deadly Night 3, Willard).

She plays one of the lead roles on "Scream Queens" and does movies, so she's still active...
