I was lucky enough to find a pristine copy of the US release. My deadwax info is the same as the post I quoted above. Typically this album cover exhibits huge amounts of ring wear. I was extremely happy to grab this one in such great shape! It was in the to be played stack at my local record store. I don't believe the US versions came with a poster but it's a nice gatefold!

There is hope: scored a Porky 1st EW here in a shop in Japan. Sans poster and cover a bit rough, but record seems decent. it was labelled 'US', but there's no doubt. About $35.

 

I saw three copies at Utrechts Mega Fair three weeks ago. None stone mint but all around 15€. One even had the poster Bolans shape, cut out from the poster. No idea if I would have taken it if I didn't have the poster already. But then again.... it was just too silly.
