Certainly many have dream lists for seeing Macca that would encourage you to pay the whopping amounts to see him live. This is mine. It's a career span... the next leg of the tour includes more modern stuff.

(Opening set, full band with Paul on bass)
    I Saw Her Standing There
    Hold Me Tight
    I Wanna Be Your Man
Got to Get You Into My Life
    Getting Better
Medley: Sgt. Pepper (Reprise)/Back In the USSR/She Came In Through the Bathroom Window
    Get Back
    Kansas City/Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey

(Paul straps on acoustic with full band)
    I've Just Seen a Face
    And I Love Her
    Things We Said Today
    Two of Us
    Every Little Thing
    We Can Work It Out

(Paul solo on acoustic in front of curtain hiding where the band was playing)
    Mother Nature's Son
    Michelle
Medley: In Spite of All the Danger/I Lost My Little Girl
    Here Today

(Paul moves to his magical piano solo)
    Fool On the Hill

(Curtain slowly opens revealing an orchestra and the band playing as Paul plays on piano)
    For No One
Medley: Nineteen Hundred Eight-Five/Band On the Run
    Jet
    Live and Let Die

Break: Orchestra Plays Music from the Family Way, Percy Thrills Thrillington, and other Paul classical elements.

(Curtain closes and Paul returns solo on stage.)
    Here Today
    Waterfalls
    Put It There
(A synthesizer and beat box is rolled out onto the stage by someone in a walrus mask. Paul looks puzzled and hits a button...)
    Temporary Secretary

(Curtain opens and reveals the band, no orchestra. "This is it" rings from the loud speaker. Paul straps on his bass as the band jams to the opening of...)
    Spin It On
    Junior's Farm
    Oo You
    Venus & Mars/Rock Show
    Arrow Through Me
    Take It Away
    Magneto and Titanium Man
    This One
    Young Boy
    I'm Down

    Encore:
    Spies Like Us

How about he drops the Beatles songs entirely and starts to focus on his solo career. There are many Beatle tribute bands out there. I'd rather watch Paul McCartney live.

P.S. "Spies Like Us" as the closing song?? Are you f---ing kidding me??!!

I'm going to now forget that box set that came out last year, because I wanna hear this song lineup...

This is my definition of Pure McCartney.
Or should I say Purr McCartney.

Yes, Paul's going to educate us on what his third best song is after Yesterday and For No One.
Or, he could swap one out for Somebody Who Cares

A lot of us of who were kids in the 80s have fond thoughts of Chevy Chase. He was like an extra father or uncle to us.

No Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey does not equal a dream set.

A one-off tribute show comprised of Lennon composed group and solo songs would be interesting.

I also imagine Dan Akroyd and Chevy Chase showing up at one show and running around the stage doing crazy antics.

As much as I love Paul, if I were at a show, and he played Spies Like Us and then had the nerve to say, "Thanks, good-night" afterwards, I'd wanna hurt somebody!

Paul welcomes us to his program, and says here's one from his Paulrus days-
    Getting Better

Mark Rivera comes out with sax, chewing gum and feeling and looking great, Paul and band snaps into Coming Up.
While Mark's out, let's do Got to Get You Into My Life.

Paul version of Savory Truffle, hot and smoking band version.
Then Paul gets out ukele and does Savory Truffle, ukele solo version.

Band does hard rocking PS I Love You, Mr Bellamy ("it's actually bout a cat in a tree, y'know")

Mamunia with Abe doing good harmony.

John Lennon and Elton John tribute Whatever Gets You Through the Night, Paul recreates Elton's sassy vocal.

Paul acoustic solo bit of Somebody Who Cares, English Tea, and Vanilla Sky

The band and a piano gets wheeled out for The Lovers that Never Were and Waterfalls.

Then Paul Springsteens it and does requests via fan signs. (My sign says in big letters Bogey Music)

    Lonely Road/From a Lover to a Friend/Driving Rain

    Band introduction

Papa Genes Blues, I Wanna Be Free, Sometime in the Morning, For Pete's Sake, Circle Sky (Monkees section)

    Juniors Farm

    Back to the Egg medley

    talk about Bo Diddley
Crackin Up/ Who Do You Love

    talk about Steely Dan
dreamy, ethereal versions of Hey Nineteen and Gaucho

    Spies Like Us
Good Times Coming Feel the Sun

    Encore depends on mood

    Dr. Pepper What, me worry?

Paul walks out with a a guitar and only a piano onstage, no band, and he just talks to us about his life augmenting the talk with song after song from throughout his career. He spends the last half of the show on his great works of the last quarter century.

Okay, what the hell, I'm in. I'll assume for the sake of argument that he still has the vocal abilities of 30-40 years ago, because a few of these he definitely couldn't pull off today --
