After looking at the contents of the second Blu ray, I've been swayed to get the Deluxe set after all. I love Gilmour's music so much, I'm pretty sure I'll regret not getting that second BD.

I was there for two nights. And one night in the front row.
Of course it's a great opportunity to buy the official release with these concerts.

I will buy Deluxe BR and 4 LP.

I wish David will make one more album and one more tour. Previous two years were amazing with a lot of trips and impressions.

Just listened to the RTL track on YouTube.. his voice sounds a little shot on this track.... I'm not bothered tho as I saw this tour at the Royal Albert Hall so it's nice to have a visual product - even if Pompeii will be more spectacular

It would be nice if David would do another album.... we know he's got loads of ideas from the Arena documentary... if was to do another tour it would be nice for him to do other places in the UK rather than a 100 night residency in London all the time. When you factor in the cost of his tickets (which aren't cheap) and hotels and traveling it gets expensive.

    Yes and no.
Albert Hall is an amazing place with a special atmosphere.
But yes, problems with tickets, presales, etc - is not good at all.
But if it will be AH again - I will be there.

I disagree with that! I thought the live mix didn't do it justice, but the jazz jam was a whole lot better than the studio version. And it's one of the few tracks that has open spaces not just for guitar solos...

Disagree too, but I like the studio version as well.

I thought the sax in the studio version was a bit strange in places.

As expected, the deluxe edition is nicely loaded! The full show from Pompeii, another 65 minutes of performances from South America/Poland (including Dancing Right In Front Of Me that wasn't performed at Pompeii), almost an hour of tour documentaries and the full BBC feature Wide Horizons (great supplement to RTL album). From personal standpoint, I would like to see some coverage from London 2016 (where I attended 2 shows) and so hopefully some snippets will show in the Europe 2016 documentary.

The Amazon Italy price seems reasonable (~£31 GBP) and so I will be preordering today!

Without options! The preorder it is made: Deluxe BD + box 4 LP.
But I am sorry that Yellow dress is absent, more precisely - is only with orchestra.

Not pre ordering, as it's two months away, and Amazon US's price will drop from the list price, and Import CDs hasn't even listed it yet. Too early in the game to declare a winner.

I will say David will pull off one more tour (maybe album) in the next 4 to 5 years. McCartney is still at it at 75 years old so I thing DG has one more left. I wish David would do No Way Out of Here and Murder live. We saw him at the Hollywood Bowl last year and he was fantastic.

Its never to early to preorder from Amazon. You can always cancel your order and wait to see if you get the best price.

I find that pointless. I'd rather wait, it's not like they're going to run out.

It's not pointless. If Amazon's price drops before the release date it can still go up again. Amazon will always honor the lowest price from the time you preorder. I can't begin to count the times I've received refunds because I preordered early. Nothing to lose, they don't take your money until ready to ship.

Filmed in 4K, I was hoping this would be my first 4K Bluray disc. I still don't have a 4k capable BD player as yet and so perhaps a 4K Pompeii release may have pushed me in that direction.

Every Gilmour fan on this board doesn't have to pre order 2 months in advance, solely because others have. Thank you.
