I'm thinking maybe Bangla Desh. Are there any songs George demo'd sitting at the piano or keyboard?

These are all guesses, right? I'm thinking, none? Are any in "piano keys" (C, F, E flat, B flat)?

Well yes, I think we are guessing mostly unless there's any evidence to the contrary. Thinking of the earlier posts re- Circles, Blue Jay Way, then I think its certainly documented that George wrote that sitting at an Organ in LA when he wrote it...and the key is C. For what its worth, wiki says Blue Jay Way is "one of several songs that Harrison composed on a keyboard over 1966–68 – a period when, aside from in his work with the Beatles, he had abandoned his first instrument, the guitar, to master the sitar".

"Only a Northern Song" was written on Hammond organ.

:kilroy: Richard Tee's piano is extremely dominant on this track. This may or may not increase the possibility that George used it as a composing tool:

Early takes from the ATMP sessions suggest 'Art of Dying' may have been composed on the piano...

"Something" and "Grey Cloudy Lies" are not guesses. Harrison said in his book I Me Mine that they were written on piano.

Interesting, as there are a number of early demo tapes of "Something" and they are all guitar-only. I bought the new I Me Mine from Genesis, but haven't had the time to read through it.

He definitely composed "Old Brown Shoe" on piano. On the Nagra tapes, he comes in the next day (I think January 29th) and states that he wrote it on piano and then proceeds to play it on piano while the others join in.

Earlier songs (as mentioned) such as "Blue Jay Way", "It's All Too Much", "Only a Northern Song" & "Circles" were composed on organ or harmonium. He has mentioned these. I can't think of anything off the top of my head from his solo albums that he has specifically stated he wrote on keyboards, but there are probably some.

"His Name Is Legs" from Extra Texture was written on piano. George says as much in his book.

The intro was written on piano, but that's because Leon Russell wrote that part. :)
