It is presented that way on Amazon.com; specifically: "The Dark Side of the Moon [Explicit]".

It probably would be now. Roger can't speak a full sentence without an F bomb these days.

Was that one about the Walklands War, too?

No, but Syd essentially asks a girl to shut up and boink him.

But that's just Syd. I'm curious if his crystal-clear pronunciation inspired Roger to name the album The Winal Cut, about the Walklands conflict. :p

Similar thing happened to me during Roger's recent "The Wall" tour, straight after the Judge in "The Trial"'s line "Fills me with the urge to deficate!" you can hear in the background "Go on Judge, **** on him!" -(Mind you IIRC that lyric was splashed on the massive Wall structure, so could hardly miss it)

I'd been listening to The Wall since release and never noticed it!

That's funny, I looked it up then, for fun, I looked at the listing for The Final Cut, it has no "Explicit" declaration. I wonder if they ever heard Not Now John?

Are radios in the US so "politically correct" that they remove every gross word ?

In France at any time of the day you can hear any type of language, it never gets censored.
I didn't know it was so tough on your side of the atlantic !

Not so much anymore, the censored versions were mostly during the 70's and 80's.

Neither have I - although when I was listening to a Canadian radio station when in my teens and they may have had different rules.

Those explicit stickers started appearing on albums in the 90's. Plenty of albums before that full of F words and nothing to warn you ( before political correctness kicked in). It was only an issue with some singles and radio play. I seem to remember the USA were more worried about 'Explicit' artwork. DSOTM has always had the 'mad for f****** years line' and it certainly stood out first time I heard the album.
