I really hope Progger would do his nonsense on a own thread but sadly he ruins each and every Tull thread...

Oh I forgot about Tanglewood 70!

That's not available for sale, but the footage is on YouTube from an official source so you can watch it for free while you're waiting for the DVD or Blu-ray. (I don't think they're in a hurry to release the Tanglewood show because it overlaps with Isle of Wight.)

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think the Tangewood and Fillmore East footage are owned Wolfgang's Vault? If so, they won't be released any time soon.

Tanglewood is indeed owned by Wolfgang Vault. Why don´t you see a release possile? Fillmore is owned by a private, who has refused many times to lend the material. He was even asked at the time of production of the Stand Up remix.

Apparently WV are not very easy to work with. The Who omitted the Tanglewood material from second edition of the 30 Years of Maximum R & B DVD, and Nick Mason said that Pink Floyd didn't even start the discussion with them when they worked on the Early Years box set. I'm not sure how much of the WV's material has ever been licenced and released once they started.

  11. Not till you mentioned it. I'm tumbling out of my chair is amazement.

  12. I don't think his posts ruin the thread. It's easy to disagree with him, but his enthusiasm is always welcome by me.

Now there's an idea for a thread: Classic Album Covers in Lego...

Has anyone noticed that 'Rover (no strings)' is listed (on some sites) as a DVD inclusion, but is not on the CD?

Yes it's been mentioned. Perhaps it didn't fit on the disc. Some of those bonus tracks may be lengthy.

  17. Tull's site does not list it -what site does? I have zero interest in this mix, but others may.

I noticed. Thankfully it’s on the 2003 remaster. (But I still don’t know why).

It looks like they had too many extras and decisions were made. Everybody likes the Rover "string" version I guess. It does not bother to me at all.
On the contrary...would we ask Warners to postpone release date because of the faulty cover? To me it adds to the folklore...

This is not officially listed, don't know why this is listed at all: ??
    37. A Town In England (Steven Wilson Remix, 96/24 PCM Stereo)

This will be included on the DVD with flat transfers:
    47. Rover (No Strings Version)

  24. Ian Anderson, Robin Black and David Palmer produced her 1978 album "Woman In The Wings". All the members of Tull, except John Evan, played on some of the album tracks.

Before I shell out, is the album as good as Songs from the Wood? I like the folkier/rural side of them.
