Personnel mistakes on CD or LP covers

I have a CD copy of Sonny Rollins's Freedom Suite that lists Max Roach as a trumpet player. Pictures of the same CD I find online correct the mistake and list him as a drummer, but mine says he plays trumpet.

Do you have CDs or LPs with similar personnel mistakes printed on their covers?

 

First CD issue of Lynyrd Skynyrd One More From The Road lists Garry Rossington as keyboard player.

 

Not a mistake, but Ozzys "Diary" album had photos of musicians who didn't play on it.

 

Misspelled name and wrong instrument!

 

Yes "Time & A Word". Peter Banks played on the album, but Steve Howe appeared on the US cover.

 

Mo Tucker on Drums on the Unloaded album. She was home pregnant for the entire recording session. Not really a mistake. More of an intended deception.

 

Mentioned before in similar threads Rick Neilsen of Cheap Trick was listed as Rick Nelson on the Standing On The Edge album!

 

Unloaded? Wasn't that a 1994 Page & Plant album?

 

Zappa - Zoot Allures. Patrick O'Hearn & Eddie Jobson are pictured on the cover but don't perform on the album.
