THIS. If you want hard rock boogie, then look no further than the first three Cactus albums.

 

I would also recommend any of the Pappo's Blues albums....Heavy Argentinian blues/boogie at its finest. If you want a sampler, this is a great compilation, but the individual albums are all great:

 

Every AC/DC album with Bon Scott and Status Quo album from 1970 - 1976 is essential for this kind of thing.

It’s definitely more of a psychedelic era song than something by AC/DC or Status Quo, but I think it still fits.

 

Another vote for Cactus. Real Kick-ass Rawk with some heavy Boogie involved. Also Beck, Bogert & Appice. Cactus crew plus Jeff Beck. Especially on the Live record.
