Must be something new or something I've never noticed. I'm a Prime member, and I don't remember ever being offered $5 for a 'No Rush' delivery. It's always been like $1 towards digital services. First time I've ever heard about it...

I think its appearance was exceedingly brief, much like these pogo-ing sale prices. One of those you get it if you're in the right place at the right time things.

 

Silver Apples - The Garden rare OOP CD version on Bully records with 2 previously unreleased extra tracks above and beyond the original 1998 Whirlybird CD and the current in print CD, makes this a worthy purchase to any fan of this duo. The Canadian Bully records label AFAIK is defunct making this CD even more scarce. I think the sound is good. The CDs for sale are used but I have bought from them before with good results. There are actually 2 copies for sale, one by another seller so more to go around. BTW, I have this CD and I love it. I also have the original 1998 Whirlybird CD but that issue does not have the 2 previously unreleased extra tracks. If you search eBay for this CD they are the same two CDs for sale here on eBay as from the Amazon sellers. For a while this CD was quite expensive on the used market due to it's rarity. Below is the 2 Amazon listings and below that is the 2 eBay listings:
