I'm not sure I could name 10 but "She'd Rather Be With Me" has always been my favorite of theirs.

 

My choices would all be hits, with the exceptions of "Goodbye Surprise" (non-single) and "Lady-O" (flop). I enjoy all their albums but I think they saved their truly brilliant stuff for the singles.

You Baby is probably my favorite.
Every time I hear the Beatles LOVE version of The Word/What You're Doing it reminds me of You Baby.

 

I remember how incredible "She's My Girl" sounded to my much younger ears when it first came out... sang it over and over, didn't mind the radio played it constantly... Happy with the "Battle of the Bands" remaster as well (although I wish "She's My Girl" sounded a bit better..perhaps not the master??)

Funny I was just about to start a similar thread...

Judging by the "Turtles Greatest Hits" album, which is absolutely wonderful, the songs I can't wait to get to are,

"Outside Chance", amazingly catchy and written by a then-unknown Warren Zevon
"Sound Asleep", pyschedelic pop at its best, and how many songs can you say have a tree being chopped down in the middle?
"Story of Rock and Roll", written by Harry Nilsson ( and sung so similarly it almost sounds like Harry himself)
"Love in the City" a great song if a bit over-produced at the end

Also, I thought I read somewhere that "Guide for the Married Man" was used as a soap opera theme, possibly in Australia ???

This is a band that unfortunately gets overlooked for how good their catalog is (and should include all the Flo & Eddie albums -- except for that reggae album...)

 

I love lots of Turtles songs but my absolute favorite is "Too Young to be One" by a wide margin.
