Expansion card help for dummies:(

Could some kind soul give me pointers? No problem with copying across data from p.c to card..but what happens next? My Samsung Galaxy s8 plus has an expansion card slot,but what happens next with regard to playback management?

 

I have S8 with a SD card
On the SD there is a folder Music
Of course all music is stored in this folder
Thats is all I have to do to have the media players finding the music on a SD

 

As Vincent wrote, on the Samsung Galaxy S8 the card integration is seamless. Just put your music on your card and put the card in your phone (or hook your phone up to your computer with the card already in it and copy the music to the card that way).

Note: I am using the S8+ and Poweramp for my music player.
