Why oh why do I keep coming back to this thread? I of course ordered this. For any other album, I'd resist the temptation.

Thanks for the heads up all.

$56, eh? Hmmm... are the outtakes on this set more exciting than the 2 disc set? I was kinda bored with those.

Yeah, mine looked pretty good. Not QUITE as striking as yours with the stark contrast of bright yellow to vibrant red & dark green, but kind of close. On mine, the colours are a bit more spread out. I kinda like the more stark contrast of yours :)

Mine arrived this morning, many thanks for posting this offer.

Here's the bad/good. Firstly, mine was shipped in an over-sized box, with no buffers inside the large Amazon box, so my heart sank as I heard the contents sliding around. However, the item is securely packaged in its own custom box (as seems to be the case for most boxsets these days), and it was that which was sliding around. Still, would it have killed them to pop in an air-pocket or two, or some scrunched up brown paper?

As advertised, my copy was sealed (the custom packaging had been re-taped, so that part had been opened at some point), and it is very much in Like New condition. I am really picky, and can spot flaws that others often miss. My package has two tiny dings: a little bit of crush damage to one bottom corner (hard to say whether that could have occurred during manufacture) and a tiny dent in the right-hand (when looking at cover image) bottom 'spine' -- like it had been pushed in very slightly by a knife edge. For the rest, everything is perfect. My set was made in Germany, and the only oddity is that the text on the spine is rotated compared to most box-sets -- it just means I will have to file it with the cover image at the back.

Haven't had a chance to open it, so no idea whether the two tiny dings will come out with some TLC.

You may want to take a close look at the individual discs as well. I had to purchase two boxes before I came up with one complete satisfactory set. I just kept the first order until the second came in and saved the best of both sets. Good luck.

Those are the LP packages. Not the package with multiple cds along with a 5.1 Blu Ray surround mix

Further to DLD's point, are we talking about the vinyl or optical disc versions here? I bought the 4CD/Blu-Ray version.

DLD seems to be referring to another version a 3rd party was selling. I was responding to the Super Deluxe version (4CD/DVD/Blu Ray) you indicated you purchased.

    Wha?? I
We are talking about the multiple CD package that includes a multichannel Blu Ray. I was pointing out the $42 price mentioned by another poster was for a 2LP set. Looks like I had a hiccup earlier, re - "Wha? I"

Mine says tomorrow, but it still doesn’t show that it has even been shipped.
