Wow. This takes me back to my Bay Area years in the 80's.

Hope Robert Berry is keeping well. Good dude and very talented.

I was hoping Carl Palmer would have been involved in some way.

A '3' album without musical appearances by either Keith Emerson or Carl Palmer? Hmmmmm....

have played this a few times really good album honors the legacy of the band with solid songs and nice emerson touches even if emerson couldn't actually appear on the album.

He was asked but passed due to commitments with the Carl Palmer Band tour.

On order from Japan to get the bonus track. Will chime in once it arrives!

Speaking of Carl, I would love it if Robert Berry took bass & lead vocal duties for one last Asia LP. Sorry Billy Sherwood, but Robert's voice could do justice to those final songs Wetton and Downes wrote.

full agreement here. in his recent innerviews interview Robert mentions that carl suggested he be the replacement for the tour with journey but ultimately they went with Billy in part cause John made the pick and it was probably easier for him to slot in already having been working with Geoff. but I do think Robert would be a better choice moving forward primarily on his vocal strength.

Finally received the album and have to say it is really impressive! I've only heard it once, but anyone worried that this sounds like the original 3 album need not worry!

I like this-whoever does keys does a fairly good Emerson, Berry's voice is nice, etc. Not sure I like it more than "3"-and by the way, what a pain to try and search for these!!! Good luck to Berry, must be tough having the star partner die on you.
