Christmas "Clip Art" Image Help - Finding a Needle in a Haystack?

This is kind of an odd request, but can anyone point me in the direction of the source for this image of the three wise men following the star? It's on the back of the CD booklet for Amy's 1992 album Home For Christmas, and I'd like to use it for a personal (non-commercial) design project. I seem to recall it being accessible through an ancient version of Microsoft Word in a clip art library. However, in 2018, it must be floating around on the web somewhere to either purchase or download, right? Thanks in advance for your help!

I tried with the word clipart based on the OP and was unsuccessful. Also performed a reverse image lookup hoping to find the right one but could not. Glad you were able to!
