Someone finally got back at Warren Beatty for how poorly he treated people over the years.

 

You got even more than you bargained for.

 

Well, that was weird...

 

I have the marketing angle for the re-release of Moonlight:

He definitely unsealed it so I think the wrong card was inside. Pretty damn funny

We rewound it and it looked to happen as he said it. He opens the envelope which said 'Emma stone la la land' and since best actress was already given out he was confused. Faye thinks he's messing around sees la la land and announces it. But it took WAY too long for anyone to come out and break the news.

 

I had to go back and watch it again. Very strange. The La La Land folks took it very well on the surface. That must have been a strange trip, going from the high of winning and holding the statues, to the "oops!", nevermind and being scooted off the stage.

The Academy just wanted to to imitate the "What if?" scenario ending of La La Land.

 

I want to see behind the scenes footage of what was going on with the envelopes.

They La La'd over the best part.

 

They took it well but it helped they won a bunch of Oscars already

 

Normally, it requires a "wardrobe malfunction" to cause this much DVR replaying.

I think some of the organisers were IN "La La Land" to have allowed such a stuff up!!!

 

I don't understand why they allowed La La people to spend 2 minutes giving their speeches before they took action to take their statues away.

 

That's why I thought it was a Kimmel joke at first.

 

Does Steve Harvey still have his talk show? If so, tomorrow's episode might be worth checking out.

 

There was a guy with a headset talking to the La La people behind the producers while they were giving their speeches, I thought someone had snuck on stage or something.

 

All they had to do was run the ball . . .

 

I prayed very hard.

 

It's all pre-ordained...that's how hollywood works

 

Warren let Faye take the fall..."here, YOU read it". No, it was more of a "Warren, stop being silly...I'll take care of this". I'm stunned.

 

David Niven's stripper is now the 2nd craziest Oscar moment...

 

This wouldn't have happened if Tom Hanks was presenting.
