Now that we all know the inductees (Bon Jovi, The Cars, Dire Straits, Moody Blues, Nina Simone, Sister Rosetta Tharpe) what you'd like them to play?

"Time of the Season." ...oh wait, the Zombies lost out to friggin' Bon Jovi?!!!!

 

I think the obvious jam will be "Money For Nothing", but to be honest just seeing members of Dire Straits standing next to each other might be enough.

 

Do we know which members of DS are being inducted ? David Knopfler ? Pick Withers ? Hal Lindes ?? Terry Williams ?
Or is it just Mark and John... and a rough representation...

For Dire Straits, I'd love them NOT to Play 'Money for Nothing'

In an ideal world, 'Telegraph Road'. But I think it's too long for the Ceremony performance.

So, with 'Sultains of Swing', 'Private Investigations', 'Lady Writer', 'Tunnel of Love' or 'On Every Street' would be cool

 

For Bon Jovi, I'd love them NOT to play 'Livin' On A Prayer', unless they'll recreate that legendary 1989 acoustic performance. But I think this time they're going to perform a full band set.

One of their greatest ever live songs is 'Blood on Blood'. And those lyrics, those themes about friendship and loyalty would be such a moment to perform with Richie Sambora and Alec John Such. Another great choice would be of course 'Wanted Dead or Alive'

Since usually Hall of Fame artists perform a couple of songs, these would be my perfect choice
Now if they really like to do something cool, 'Raise Your Hands', since it's not overplayed at all. 'Runaway' would be cool too.

 

I DO NOT want the Moody Blues to play anything.

If I were them, I'd gracefully say...no.

No thanks to being inducted at this point.

The Hall of Fame missed their chance with the Moody Blues decades ago.

 

Bon Jovi will likely do Livin', Wanted & You Give Love. Or maybe swap one of the last two with Runaway.

Dire Straits will certainly do Sultans & Money for Nothing. So Far Away is possible too.

The Cars will do Drive, Just What I Needed and maybe Good Times Roll.

Moodies will do Nights and Just A Singer? Maybe Wildest Dreams? Tuesday Afternoon would be cool though.

Don't the performers usually get three songs apiece?

I'm mainly focused on The Moodies, so I'd say they'll probably do one Justin song (Nights in White Satin), one John song (Isn't Life Strange), and Mike will graciously allow Ray to have the third song (Legend of a Mind).
