I decided that no one here wants to hear from someone who thinks it's not happening, it's like a baseball manager who won't step on the white lines for fear of The Dreaded Jinx. So I've allowed a little "if" in the thinking. That and I am on record earlier in the thread saying this will be released, but in 2021. So that "if" is a good "if". At least for the next 3 years.
I just think that most of the folks realize that there is no merit in your position. I mean, it is what you think so in that sense it is not wrong. But I assure you, you are wrong. Another big step achieved ( and no, not telling)
Yes it certainly would be a highlight but assuming John's demo doesn't surface Mark Lewisohn said harmony vocals were recorded for "Goodnight" but left off the final recording . It would be great to hear those mixed back in if they still exist.
Yes, I want to hear that and also take #16 of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" which was a full band version with backwards guitar and organ pushed forward, before the song was redone with Eric. It's supposed to sound completely different than the released version(s)

Yeah, I think a late Sept. announcement is realistic if all goes well. With Pepper, I think there was like seven weeks between the original announcement and the availability of the final product. So with a Nov. 22 original 1968 release date (three weeks into Nov) and counting October as four weeks, late September/early October is within target range. I wonder if the correct-before-in-the-past people are suggesting that they know a definitive release date...? Man, I want this so bad I'll need like two hours to calm down in the event of an official announcement.
