I thought it was particularly cool how he talks about playing a damaged 78 backwards in order to get a better transfer from an unused "side" of the groove. Still, i wonder what everyone here thinks of the digital restoration work involved in the process...

This seems to be working again, though you either have to print it out or highlight the text to make it readable.
