History Eraser is the best song of the last couple of years. People in Melbourne actually talk like that :)

    A Perfect double album!
The Sonic Youth meets The Breeders. And somewhere is Holly Golightly.
    Thank You Courtney.

She's fantastic. It was only a few months ago she was working the bar at my local, and now she's on Fallon (anyone got a link?), Coachella and every other major festival in the world with most of her USA tour sold out.

Her music is great and gets better with each listen.

Very pleased she's making a name overseas. Until recently all I knew of her was seeing the Avant Gardener video on TV a couple of times. Then, about a month ago I saw her supported Billy Bragg at the Tivoli here in Brisbane and I was really impressed. Good songs, intelligent and witty lyrics and she is a great performer who creates a good rapport with the audience. Bought the EP and look forward to hearing more.

my new obsession one of my favorite albums from the last couple years. I have a question about the lp version, I bought the first US pressing and it just came with a download card, but some sellers are listing it having an lyric insert. Was this just the UK pressing or did I get jipped?

I've been hearing her on 3RRR for over a year now, and have bought both her EPs as soon as soon as they were released - really enjoying both of them. Unfortunately my wife is not a fan so I haven't been to see her live. I should amend that. SShes playing at the Corner soon I think, I really should try to get down there.

Here's Courtney covering the entirety of INXS' Kick (by herself). Pretty great stuff

She's for real. Saw her a month ago or so and it was a packed house. The Split Peas CD has some great stuff on it.

She's too young for this forum. Wasn't born in 1942 :)

I'd give the nod to Avant Gardener.

How anyone outside the northern suburbs of Melbourne can understand what she's singing about is beyond me :p

Is there life north of the Yarra?

At least 20 songs worth of life. Depreston is a classic north of the Yarra song.

AS soon as you drive north of the Chandler Hwy bridge you're in a whole new world of arts and entertainment :D
