OK, so what am I missing? What's so rare? Its not on Mono, my MFSL lp wouldn't even fetch $100.00. What's with this guy?

Why do I feel like this very auction has been discussed in here before?

That's because it has. I know I have seen this before. It's probably a re-listing of it.

Has anyone contacted the seller to find out what he is smoking?

I just did. Well...not to find out what he's smoking, but to find out if a specific mistake was made here.

I said that any amount bringing the price out of the "tens" category would be well beyond the value of this LP, so what's so special about it, other than the fact that it's "full of symbols"?

    I don't expect I'll get an answer, much like I don't expect he'll get a bid.

Ah....did you guys ever hear of the word facetious? The guy is laughing his ass off. Just read his description--it is amusing.

Yeah maybe, but, it's the only item he has up for auction. A "comedy relief" auction might be a good idea to get people's attention if you had other items you were seriously selling.

He is possibly being facetious, but he has probably gone mad. Place yer bets.

His ebay fees for listing an item this expensive are going to be ridiculous. If this guy is doing this for "comic relief" he sure is spending a lot of cash for a laugh

It's not even a first pressing! Notice that HER MAJESTY is listed as a song title on the back (and of course there is no Capitol logo)

If it's mint it might be worth $15.00!
