What's happening to the orders in limbo that got through with free shipping? Do you have to call them or do they contact you? Very frustrating.

 

I emailed them a day after ordering 9 sacd's and asked for media mail. They responded "sorry, already shipped it".
Damn right they ought to list it as an option, if it's available. How the hell are we supposed to know?!?
If the sale itself wasn't so good, I would've been really pissed.
