I recently replaced a pair of Aerial 5b speakers with a pair of 5T’s. I personally find the 5T’s superior in every way. Are there any 5T owners out there who can comment on how they are enjoying these speakers?

Got my 5T's a year ago in August. In fact I still have a pair of 5's doing rear speaker duty. The dome tweeter is smooth and very detailed. I have them about 20" from the back wall and get excellent bass response. They are easier to run I use a Bryston 2.5 SST2 for the T's. The sealed 5's need about 200 wpc. They also seem a bit darker w/less bass response. I have a Luxman CL38U-SE as my preamp. For me a great combo.

Yes I also find them easier to drive, especially since I only have 60wpc. Much smoother a more musical sound. I’m glad you’re enjoying them as much as I.
