The "Vinyl Album Covers" website has been off-line for a while getting a facelift. It's now complete. Go have a look if you'd like:

Only the "Carpenters" section is done now. I have a few great covers to add and I'm already on it. As the "Carpenters" section was being linked to by another site, I had to get that finished first. Now, on to the other stuff.

Just added back all the Chicago albums. I've slightly remixed the notes and the wallpapers for 17 & 18. Beyond that, same stuff.

I've had some free time today so a lot has been added back in. Have a look:

P.S.: The links as they exist in the other two threads are no longer active. All that had to change with the re-design. FYI...

This has been my biggest undertaking so far. Here's absolutely everything I have of the Daft Punk album, "Random Access Memories." Some time ago, I acquired the limited edition box set of this album (an indication of how amazing I know it is.) As a result of this acquisition, along with the traditional album I've since given to a friend, I added almost everything I have from the box set (the book was left out because I can't scan it without hurting the binding). I'd list everything that's now there but there's just too much. Just go have a look:

Wow, I just stumbled upon this website of yours, I am extremely impressed.
It's not very often you find decent LP scans online, not to mention the gatefolds.
You're doing great work here and I hope you keep it up.

By the way, have you considered uploading your images to AlbumArtExchange as well?

Thanks so much for the nice compliment! I'm adding back the content from our old site as we speak. It'll take some time but I'll get it all done... ;)

I just checked them out. They only accept JPG pics. Everything I do is in PNG as you don't get compression artifacts with PNG files. JPG uses compression and is therefore "lossy". No love connection there, I guess...

I've added more albums and done some more aesthetic work (i.e. added the intended wallpaper I kept forgetting about).

This is very cool. I like the Daft Punk RAM one.

Isn't it great? I absolutely love that package. The extras are just amazing. I use the gold key all the time for files I need to move around. I wish I could have scanned the book but it would have fallen apart if I had.

It was a nice surprise to see the Empire Strikes Back soundtrack there, will you be adding the rest of the trilogy?

Cool album, isn't it? I've had it since the movie came out and it was one of two albums that I handled with kid gloves back then (the other was the soundtrack to "E.T." which will go up shortly). Sadly, I don't have the others. I'm considering trying to acquire them though. If I can, I'll put them up too. Great music on all of them, really.

I've also added a "credits" page and linked back to, among other places, the wonderful Steve Hoffman forums we all know and love.
