    Nice stuff, but with the seller's demands I wouldn't touch it unless he verified it all worked and could demonstrate it for me, especially if he wanted top dollar. 19 years untouched could be trouble, likely not, but maybe. Otherwise I would go at maybe 40 or 50% of it's current blue book value in it's current state.

    Awfully scary to buy. It could be great. It could be trash. Unseen and untested, I've gotta agree with adamdube. You could get stung very easily by spending too much.
