    Interesting. I just went back to make sure I wasn't remembering incorrectly, and sure enough -- when I checked the earliest MP3s I bought from Amazon (in 2008), they were all around 250k VBR.

    Just popping in to let people know you should fine-tooth comb compare your Amazon order history against your Autorips. I found 7 titles over the last couple of days that should have been in my Autorip library but weren't. Amazon has taken care of it, though.
