I saw two interviews with Anastacia on TV, and she seems to be a very nice person. Very natural and credible. Not like those synthetic chicks that seem to dominate the show and music business. She´s from New York, but it looks like she is not in the US charts ? Her songs are being played almost every hour on the radio here, and she performs in every major TV show.
She did get a big push from her label about 6 months ago, but I guess she didn't sell much. They play her on the dance stations, but I never heard her on Top 40 radio.
