"Anchorman"=hilarity

I'm really not good at writing movie reviews, but I thought this was quite hilarious.

The Daily Show's Steve Carrell steals almost every scene he's in.

 

I want to see this soon, probably tomorrow. The reviews have been mixed so far but I like Will Ferrell enough right now that I simply don't care!

it was really funny. And Christina Applegate was HOT.

 

This movie did have its moments, including the acappella performance of "Afternoon Delight".

 

Scotchy-scotch-scotch....in my belly...

That made me crack up.

 

I'd like to see this one, too. Ms. Applegate was also very good in a movie everyone seemed to hate but me and everybody I've shown it to: "Just Visiting" - a re-make of the french film "Les Visiteurs". It's not War and Peace, but there are many out-and-out belly-laughs. Lowbrow humor of the highest order.

 

I thought the movie was OK. Ferrell's Old School and Elf were way better. This movie should've been funnier given the cast and premise. It just gel that good for me and there were lots of awkward moments that weren't even funny. Vince Vaugn could've been put to better use too.
