Anybody bought from usedcable.com?

I would be interested in your impressions of service, and of their used cables grading/actual condition.

Anyone?

 

A long while back I bought some lower end Cardas cables from them and was very pleased. Spent some time with the owner on the phone and he was quite helpful. No complaints.

 

I recently bought a long run of tara labs ics from them. I then broke the termination
on the rca (my fault). They were extremely understanding and repaired the cable
without charge. I was very pleased with the experience.

 

Bought some used balanced XLO's from them a few months ago.
Excellent service.
Cables were exactly as descibed.

A good online vendor.

 

YES, a friend literally borrowed thousands and thousands of dollars worth of cables from them over the course of months. These guys are the best. Prices are very good and you can borrow cables for a 5% commitment towards a purchase. So if you borrow a $1000 retail worth of cables you are only committed to a $50 purchase and you have a full year to do so. My buddy spent a couple of thousand with them and thus was able to borrow many times that till he found what he loved. Ask for Steve, he’s really cool and loves audio.
