It's called It's So Easy and it has received good to great reviews, all of them deserved IMO.
I read it earlier this summer. Great book as is Slash's.
Got of Christmas - haven't started it yet ... Sounds promising
I have not, but plan on buying it.
Sorry, I accidentally put an e in last name instead of an a for the thread title. I just realized that...
But I plan on reading it again soon myself.
Read it last year when it was released. Great stuff. One of the best music bios that's come out recently.
I read Steven Adler's book. Have not bought Duff's yet....
Just finished it last week. Fantastic read, highly recommended.
Duff's book is one of the most heartfelt and moving rock books I have read. Unlike many others it read like he had actually written it, instead of having someone do it for him. He told his story straight down the middle, keeping his rock and roll heart and grit, while adding the wisdom and experience of his sobriety without coming across as preachy or far removed from the man he always was. Highly recommended, and for my money the best of the 3 GNR related autobios. It's in my top 5 music autobios after The Real Frank Zappa Book.
I really liked it. Seems to me that he actually regrets his past lifestyle vs. Slash.
