Arggh-what was the name of that cheesy 80's movie about perfume?

I saw a list of cheesy 80's movies and it triggered a memory of one I can't remember the name of.

It was about 2 lab workers, guy and girl, and they come up with a perfume that makes them irresistible to the opposite sex.

Help me out, here!
