And I see we've been threatened with a part 2 as well, which must be the dreary 600 page monologue at the end of the book.

Actually, the intent is for it to be a trilogy of movies.

I see short lines of angrily-resolute, upper-middle-class people brandishing small flags, having been told by Glenn Beck they have to see this to get their marching orders. I see the movie being kept afloat by millionaires renting-out entire theaters devoid of customers past the first week, just to keep it on the charts, a la "Going Rogue".

 

All I can do is, well, shrug. No interest.

 

Reading this was only slightly less tiresome than slogging through the book Cool seeing Michael Lerner though!

One and the same. She actually had a way with prose, and I respect her abilities. But, oh man, she was a piece of work.

 

This was one of the hardest books I've ever read.... Kept going on and on.....

 

Like a very bad case of diarrhea.
