So last season left off with the emerging "mother" persona unleashed after his time in the box. It will be interesting how much longer they can keep the series going. I don't recall if the original Psycho movie had Norman responsible for more than a handful of murders, though you wonder how long he can keep going after loose women before he starts to attract the attention of the FBI.

 

I wouldn't worry too much about that. They're fair points, but with all the goings on in this town (can't remember the name), it seems to exist in a universe where the FBI and other outside law enforcement don't pay any notice.

 

That's true. We've had burning people in the town square, an Asian prostitution ring, and major drug activity, yet it's like they are in a universe of their own.

 

Maybe they are under a dome?

Alright, this is coming back and so are a lot of my favorites (Good Wife, for example) and a few new ones that look interesting (American Crime, for example).

 

She was fantastic on the show last season

 

She's definitely the best thing about the show. I hope they put off her demise until the last episode.

 

I like this show a lot.

I think it is a worthy addition on the Psycho series.

Shame part 4 of the movies isn't on Blu-ray....

 

I wonder if A&E will rerun last season prior to the beginning of this year's new season? It would help to refresh my memory on where things left off last season. Plus it might help attract new viewers.

 

Season 2 was just added to Netflix streaming.

That's not been reported anywhere that I know of but she is very, very busy.

 

I actually considered using the spoiler tag for that one. I suppose that someone, somewhere, is watching Bates Motel and has no idea how it all ends.

 

As long as nothing happens to Norma I'm ok.

 

Eventually you're not gonna be ok.

 

Maybe they could divert from "canon" and have this show end with Norma killing Norman. That would actually be pretty cool.

 

and then becoming Norman!

Well yeah. It was bad when I was a kid after that film came out.
