I can. I've seen a fall like that firsthand, albeit with a younger person.

I thought we would see more of Tracy Spiradakos. As mentioned above, let's hope for flashbacks.

We may NOT see what's on the Stick. No, you're right, we HAVE to.

I did too. I thought it was a done deal once he had it.

 

So did that guy drag the file on HIS desktop???

 

He seemed more interested in getting the crazy lady to leave him alone. Unless they're using the most rudimentary of password protection and you can do a brute-force attack, I don't know of any way to decript that USB stick.

My guess is that it's full of photos of the town elite enjoying the sex club and enjoying products from the pot farm.

 

Excellent episode tonight. The flash drive contents have been revealed....sort of.

 

Another strong episode tonight. Vera terrific. I wish the seasons weren't so short for this because it will be over before we know it.

 

I noticed Lifetime is already showing episodes from this season -- last night at 10. Is that unusual for a show in mid-season to pop up on a different network?

 

Agree. The seasons are too short. I am surprised they have not extended them since the show seems to be popular. I suspect it all comes down to budget $$$$

 

Yeah I noticed that too. Not sure what the deal is with that. Last night was the first time I noticed Lifetime running them.

 

From the current season? That's really strange and unusual.

 

I still feel the show is going very strong. I don’t think the USB stick reveal was particularly impressive in and of itself. Nothing surprising or a twist, so far anyway. I also think they kind of pulled it out of their a** as far as how the stick was unlocked. Really? The guy at the coffee shop who clearly knows computer code couldn’t crack it, but Dylan’s buddy who downloads movies was able to do it?

Plus, and I know this goes for just about any blackmail/ransom plot in anything ever, why would returning the USB drive to the Paris guy matter? They could have made ten billion copies of those files in the meantime.

 

Looks like A&E bought up Lifetime in 2009. As they’re essentially the same network, it’s not so much like they are immediately syndicating episodes of the show, but rather they’re just spreading re-airings around to other networks they own.

I saw some other show airing on A&E that had an A&E logo in the bottom corner and then a big logo/ad in the top corner advertising that the show could be watched on Lifetime.

 

Actually I'm pretty sure the showrunners wanted short seasons. They wanted the show to be tightly plotted and not drag things out too much. Their plan is to do 50 episodes.

 

Hmmm....had not heard about the 50 episodes plan. I sometimes wonder how they will end it - with the death of Norma or something after that? I have read that they may recreate the Psycho movie as the last episode or two.

 

Another great episode. I wonder if the twist might be that it wasn't Norman who killed his mother, after all.

I had to laugh when the guy that illegally downloaded movies was able to crack the USB stick.
