Very unlikely. None of the previous copyright extensions sets have.

That’s too bad, I guess I’ll have to work with what I can get.

I'm a little disappointed the a cappella track for "Fall Break and Back to Winter" weren't included, it would have made mixing a stereo version of "Mrs. O'Leary's Cow" a whole lot easier! Nevertheless, the wait to hear this new compilation has certainly been tough, especially with only 20 minutes remaining!

Now that this is released, where can I find this in CD (lossless) quality?

Search "1967 Beach Boys" and you'll see it under "Albums." :) It is not under the Beach Boys artist page at this time.

But they've got more chance of kissing the Pope than to expect anyone to pay 99p for each of 109 live tracks... :yikes:

doesn't that seem strange that the releases don't come under the moniker 'The Beach Boys'?.....

Yep, and especially when most of the available sources only offer the best audio at 256k mp3's!!
    I'll be passing.

In the US, you can buy the whole live set for $55. I don't know why the UK makes you buy each song individually.

I couldn't wait and bought it from iTunes. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference, anyway.

The studio set is on Australian iTunes for $24.99 (I believe that AUD). Live set for $59.99.

Studio set is £12.99 on Amazon. I'm just playing the snippets. Interesting stuff, though nothing that would have enhanced the CD set by much.

    Still gonna buy though.

$51.....this is gonna hurt. I wish they'd at least provide some tray art for these things so I can print it out and pretend its a real CD.

To quote myself, I decided I'd never find a lossless version over here so got the iTunes set. As with volume 1, I think I am going to enjoy the Lei'd sessions material the most.

Well, I just spent a fortune on a bunch of MP3s. It pained me, but I have to support the project. While I was at it I went ahead and ordered the previous years' live releases, which I dragged my feet on as I didn't want to spent the $13. It feels weird paying nearly as much for "Sunshine Tomorrow 2" as I did for the physical release of "Sunshine Tomorrow", but what can you do? I'm gonna have to cook up some custom art, though, because without it these discs tend to get lost around here (I don't even know where my Big Beat 1963 set is!).

Managed to burn both of the new sets to a single disc for the car. Gonna take a long time to sift through all this stuff. Listened to as much as I could 'on my way to work'.

Previously unheard intro on "Gettin' Hungry" (well, a few notes anyway). I'd like to edit it onto the finished track someday just for fun.

Stripped down "Wind Chimes" fade is very pretty.

Has there been anything from the empty swimming pool sessions yet? Maybe it was a myth.

Speaking of myths and legends, I can't believe we still haven't seen the sand box. How can not one single person taken a photo of that damned thing?

They just used the swimming pool to reverberate some vocals, didn't they? I can hear it here and there in the acapella tracks.
