Beatles Hey Jude rehearsal film question

Was this filmed in 24fps or 25fps? Also, which shows did this air on both sides of the Atlantic?

 

My initial guess would be 24p as it's easy to convert to 29.97, 50i, or 59.94i. I could be wrong though.

I don't recall it being shown in the US. If it was, I'd love to know on what. It did turn up on the video trading circles in the very early 80's. I was very excited when I first got my hands on it.
There is now a 20m plus version of this that has recently surfaced in great quality. Not sure of the source.

So yeah, it does look like it was filmed in 24fps.
