Awesome thread... feel bad cause I don't have any to share...any more of the August 22 1969 @ Tittenhurst? Last time they ever got together.. not to mention the extremely HIGH creepiness factor of the Hey Jude cover shot...love the description that I think Geoff Workman(?) gave of the sheer energy that all four created when they were all together in the same room..Cheers

Seriously? Or are you being funny?

 

Not being funny, I really don't know. One guy looks like Young Paul and the other looks like Old Paul, but I really have never seen pics of Paul's kids so I wasn't sure. Plus the young guy looks rather 60's with his mock turtleneck and sport coat, so for a minute there it seems to me as if I was seeing some Photoshop mockup of Young Paul and Old Paul. Hence the question.

It may all sound a bit dense to you, but I really don't follow Paul's family and personal life, so I have no idea.

 

Great photos of Paul and George singing into the same mic and both smiling at each other.
Any info on what tune they were working on?

 

Re-adjust your glasses sir, it is indeed a Photoshop. and a poorly done one at that--look at Old Paul's left knee, left hand, and right shoulder...

 

That top picture of Paul looks like he wants to be a pony...WHINNY!

 

Sorry, I know little about Photoshop so I wasn't aware.

I love the story about John listening to "Whiter Shade Of Pale" on repeat in that car while tripping. This guy got his picture taken while sitting in the car:

They had that car on display at Expo '86 in Vancouver. I seem to remember that it had been in mothballs for a very long time prior to it's appearance there. I have photos of myself standing next to the display, which was enclosed in plexiglass.

 

Is that car still in the hall of fame in Cleveland? It was 10 yrs ago, last time I was there.

 

Great thread--really enjoyed all of the pics guys--the attached photos are currently being offered for sale by Perry Cox on ebay. They are from Feb 10, 1964 in NY and Perry states he beleives these particular ones are unpublished.

Sorry, I know nothing about the image other than the kid behind Ringo's drums in Detroit is named Randy. It's a mystery to me too!
