Not sure. But the real count in definitely sounds like Paul.

As an interesting aside, George said in an interview once that Dhani swears that the guy coughing sounds like his fathers cough.

The backing track count-in sounds like George to me.

It is absolutely George. far as the one in the background (the real count-in), at first it appears to be Paul...but a very close listen with headphones from the Rockband mix sounds like it may possibly be George as well...not sure on that one.

Yes I think we need more threads on Paul.
Paul clearly was the Beatles. Who is this John Lennon person anyhow?
    Someone of no significance clearly.

I think the overdubbed one is Paul but the live one is George - roll on the Revolver Sessions box

...but Mal...it sounds *nothing* like Paul. Anyway, I'm much more over odds as to who's doing that cut-off spoken intro of It's All Too Much. A lot of people say *that's* John.

It is John, riffing on the backing vocal phrase "You're too much, ahhhh" from later in the track. Before the track starts he sings "Too you're much, ahhhhhh" (the last bit is under the guitar).

I edited my post to hopefully make more sense - it's the backing vocal part at 4' 30".

It seems to me that John is messing with this phrase on the backing vocal track before the song starts.

I really hope this is resolved soon. Maybe then I can get a good night's sleep.

No matter how cheap or how good the equipment I have never heard anything but George's voice in it. I'm surprised there's a thread on it. It sounds so obviously George's voice that a discussion on the possibility of other's being the vocalist is incomprehensible.

I'll have to give it a few lessons tomorrow, one right after the other. The mono pressing ought to do nicely.

Love it. I always saw it as a nod/comparison to the classic count-in that opens their first album.
