That's a shame. Glad she's ok. She used to do an informercial where she sat in the foreground with those long legs crossed in full view--heels, great stockings, the whole bit. Hey, when you're single, you watch weird things on TV sometimes.....

Not familiar with this name so I Googled her.

Guest appearances on many 70's TV Shows, numerous B-Movies and bit parts in more mainstream fare (Silent Movie, Eiger Sanction, Logan's Run).

Sadly she passed away in March of this year :(

Actually, she was in her teens then. She's the same age as I am (well, about 10 months younger) and I had the biggest crush in the world on her then, so I would consider her a 'beautiful '80's actress' and have no qualms about it. In any case, I'm with the person who said they prefer the actress who played 'Piper' on Charmed, Holly Marie Combs.

Tawny was hot. I still remmeber her writhing on the hood of that car in that Whitesnake video!

Nonsense - there's nothing hotter than a woman who can still face a camera and smile once men have stopped ogling her. :righton:

Except of course...the younger, ogle-able version!

Remember Adrienne Barbeau ? She seems to have aged well at 60.

Wow, I am guessing she was in her 20's in the first pic and if the second one is how she looks at 60 or near 60 then she is doing great, I wish the comparison of my picture in my 20's and now near 60 looked half as good, see my earlier post in this thread on the same subject.

Ahem, cough cough! I met Adrienne Barbeau at a book signing earlier this year (during my quest to get her to hand a note to Steve Van Zandt concerning an official bootleg series from Bruce). I am here to report that her looks are enough to knock anybody's socks off. In other words, she's still got it and then some.

I just discovered that this is Adrienne Barbeau playing Romulan Senator Cretak in Star Trek NG. I've seen the character in a couple of episodes and never knew it was her under all that makeup.

Some people just have the right genes and just age gracefully. It may seem odd for a man to talk about the appearence of another man (I am not playing for the other side - not that there is anything wrong with that :D ), however, I had the pleasure of seeing Cary Grant when he was either in his late 70's or early 80's (a few years before he died). He looked great, like he could step right back into the movies. When he was asked what he did to stay in such great shape, he said "Breath in and out". :righton:

"No wonder you're upset. She's lovely. And a darling figure. Supple, pouting breasts. Firm thighs. It's a shame you two don't get along. :D

I don't think she showed any skin there, did she? I'm pretty sure she hid all the good bits...

You could be right. I haven't seen that particular issue since it was on newstands back in the 80s....

You know which '80s actress have disappeared? Maren Jensen from the original "Battlestar Galactica". She was briefly engaged to Don Henley and had writing credits on 2 of his solo albums. Here's a reminder....

I was in love with Amanda Peterson as a teen, who played Cindy Mancini in 1987's Can't Buy Me Love.

Wow, here's an 8-year-old thread back from the dead. The most talented actress I ever worked with who did not go on to bigger and better things was Cathy Silvers (daughter of comic actor Phil Silvers), who was a sidekick on an obscure CBS show Foley Square. Cathy was really, really talented, bright, and funny, and she should've had far more success as an actress.

Without looking this up, wasn't Cathy also Joanie Cunningham's friend "Jenny Piccolo" on HAPPY DAYS?
