There's really no question for me: Led Zeppelin with Good Times, Bad Times and Babe I'm Gonna Leave You. I wish I were alive when that came out to hear that for the first time. What an opener.

 

As for the one I remember the most from when it first came out: Van Halen's debut as mentioned just above. Man, that grabbed me.
