I have a list of about 100 of them, but today I'll go with Richard Buckner's Devotion + Doubt. I think it's one of the best records of all time, and in my mind it's not really stuck in the 90s. It also brings in some great contributions from other big favorites like Giant Sand (Howe Gelb) and Calexico (Joey Burns, John Convertino), and a beautifully recorded session, mostly done down at Wavelab in Tuscon by Craig Schumacher.

I'd give it to Radiohead OK Computer or Nas Illmatic. Although Soft Bulletin is a good choice too.

Wait for it, didn't the Beatles come out with an album in the 90s?

In all seriousness, mine might be Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle. But that's just off the top of my head, I could probably come up with another.

Although not terribly famous, it's definitely one of the best:

    OK Computer is my choice.

Very interesting, but not surprising - that others here are also listing it.
Either in their Top Two, Top Five, etc
