    IME foam or rubber nubs rob extension, bass, dynamics, etc. from Harbeths.

    Well, I used to use pot to fill the speaker stands, but the smell was so strong it distracted me from the music. I also found myself playing Arlo Guthrie's "Coming Into Los Angeles" on endless repeat...

    Audio Note strongly suggest weighting their stands, so I got 25 lbs of lead shot and 25 pounds of play sand from Amazon for not much money. The sand is to fill in the gaps between the shot.
