Beware of VNYL

I think the general consensus on this form is to avoid the VNYL subscription service, but in case anyone is thinking about it, don't do it. I received my first three shipments, but haven't received five shipments that I have paid for. I realize I should have done something about this sooner, but still, that's not a good way to run a business.

Is this thing still around? After the backlash of Goodwill Bargain Bin records that was sent out I surely thought it would be the death of them.

 

Yes. They're supposed to release their TRNTBL turntable, which can only be connected via Sonos or Bluetooth. No interconnects/RCA plugs at all!

VNYL are currently bribing a whole bunch of YouTubers and unboxers on various websites with free subscription offers to them. Many of their "curated" sets are a total joke, also.

 

My brother in law subscribed some time ago, and has complained about it incessantly. Sounds like a total rip off.
