Bitrate of Spotify Beats Rhapsody: truth? Or lies?

Various posters point out flaws, but what I'm really curious about is if anyone here knows how to actually look at the files and answer the question.

I presumed when I download at high fidelity I'm actually getting 320k from Beats, but now I wonder...

 

The latest version of Rhapsody for iOS has new audio quality options. These are individual settings for both streaming and downloading.

• Good - 64 Kbps
• Better - 192 Kbps
• Best - 320 Kbps

There's also an option to use the Best quality whenever on Wi-Fi.
