    Hi,

I seem to remember Steve mentioning that there were two different versions of the DCC Gold CD version of "NIGHT MOVES".

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two versions? Is there a way to tell which version is which??

    Thanks,

    Tony

    Tony,

Only one version of "Night Moves" that I am aware of. The first press.

On one of the older versions of this forum (which for some unknown reason were never archived) I asked if he ever did a remaster, then when back and re-did it after hearing another version that changed his mind over what he did. He said the first 5000 copies of Night Moves was done one way and then the re-remaster was put out later.

    Hey Guys,

I bought my copy used, and it had no slip cover or anything. I am just curious if there is a way to tell the difference.

Mine says "master for this compact disc by Steve Hoffman, October, 1992."

The disc was made in Japan and the "inner ring" of the disc says "GZS-1028" and then "SP;Y8A".

The CD sounds great (of course) but I am just curious as to which version I have...

    Thanks,

    Tony
