Bose customer service

    I know Bose gets bashed here a lot but I wanted to give them a shout out for great customer service. After about 2 years one ear of my Quiet Comfort 25 headphones quit working. I called Bose to inquire about a repair. They sent me a brand new pair for free even though my warranty was long expired. How cool is that? Needless to say I give Bose the big thumbs up!

    Great testimony! (However, I am still holding off on purchasing a pair of 901s. . . .)

    Agreed. When the equalizer on my 901's crapped out they were quick to respond. The one time I had to use their CS, they were excellent.
