Has anyone here tried to transfer tickets? My cousin is trying to transfer me his tickets and I am getting a message that says "tickets no longer able to be transferred for this show.". Yet on his end it appears they are transferring and it says "waiting for recipient to accept transfer. ".

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck.

Don't know about transferring--can your cousin print them and mail them to you?

Giants 2003 stadium shows were advertised as "last area shows" before the Yankee shows were added. Bruce did more shady marketing in 2003 than this run. Phili 2009 had some weird advertising as well.

"last play at Shea" by Billy Joel, where he added a second show is shady advertising.

No performer on earth can read a book in an arena for an hour.

This is a lot of shows. Is anyone worried Bruce will stick out the whole run?

Not at all. These shows are only going to be 45 minutes long.

Alamodome's slightly bigger than a 975-seat Broadway theater. pointless comparison.

I wasn't comparing at all - in fact, my post had nothing to do with the Bruce shows. I was replying to a post that was responding to yet another post of mine, that was in turn a reply to a post that mentioned tickets for the Bruce shows were selling for $2000. This is how posts get misunderstood because they are taken out of context. We were "off on a tangent" as they say. Sorry

I'm on standby this time, but even if I get picked, I think the 1 show I'm going to is enough.

I got a pair in January for $500 each(!). If the seating chart above is to be believed the people sitting to my immediate right will have paid $100 less. In the same row!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to how the blue collar hero of the working man manages to justify preaching resistance and "the struggle" to the uber privileged in an elite theater on the Great White Way.

Mixed up with some book reading between songs. Yeah I'm sure it's going to be magical for $850

For the naysayers, simply don't go. I saw four Tom Joad shows. Possibly six. I saw a dozen devils and dust shows I was mesmerized by every single one.

Art is meant to inspire. To allow one to reflect. To help connect to one's own life and the world around you. This is the show I am ready to walk into seeing. Yes, I can buy a book, watch a movie, or a TV show, and that is Art and there may be similar messages and themes. But this man and his art has never let me down. I'm betting this show won't let me down either.

Some want new music and we won't know for sure if the Broadway show has any until October.
