Buyers can't receive negative or neutral rating from sellers on E-bay

    Ohio
    I was leaving feedback on E-bay tonight when I got a message that the rules have changed. Sellers can't leave negative or neutral ratings to buyers. This will allow buyers to leave negative feedback without the fear of retaliation with negative feedback from sellers.

    Good or bad?
