Does anyone have Cage The Elephant's S/T debut on vinyl? If so, does it appear to be sourced from the CD master? Does it sound good? I haven't been able to turn anything up with searching google.

Anyone? The CD is horribly compressed. I was just wondering if the vinyl was a decent alternative (different mastering).

For what it's worth, I crank 'em when they come on the radio. I like 'em.

I have the vinyl, recently bought of ST? Great album of music and from what i can tell sounds nice on vinyl does not sound compressed at all. Not an audiophile mastering but not too bad either. The only issue i have is that the sticker on the jacket indicates a free MP3 download but once you open the seal one finds out that the offer is expired!

Melophobia is one of my favorite albums of the last couple of years. I haven't heard the vinyl though.

Anymore input on the S/T LP? Looking to pick it up, but someone told me their copy doesn't sound so good.
Love the album, but is it worth it on vinyl?
