I caught a few episodes of this on the DECADES channel, and it seems they're having a Weekend Binge on this coming weekend. I love the 1970s, and I love seeing the stars featured on this program. But the content itself just seems so dull... and the celebrities I've seen so far can't seem to bowl for s#%t ! The host seems rather boring too. I was just wondering what others think of this show?
Never seen it, but I used to watch Bowling For Dollars in the 70s as a kid and that was pretty exciting stuff back then. Guy misses a strike but still wins $8.00 and dinner for two at the Roostertail! You should keep binge-watching, Boe...
Brady Bunch kids, Angie Dickenson, Bill Macy, Joseph Campenella, Billy Barty, Leslie Neilsen, Adreinne Barbeau, Conrad Baine...
Hosted by Jed Allen, this was a popular show back then. I remember Michelle Lee and James Farentino on there a lot.
Someone need to update this show to the present day with current... erm... celebrities. Picture Bono, Christopher Walken, Peter Dinklage and Christian Bale competing in a tournament co-emceed by non other than David Lee Roth and Courtney Love. First time out, Bono slips, falls and breaks his arm and is replaced by non other than Bruce Springsteen!
I watched some episodes yesterday. Looks and sounds like a good show to have on tv on a Sunday afternoon to nap to.
